In partnership with Aviation Australia, Flight Experience is Australia's best solution for MCC training.
Aviation Australia’s Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course is designed to provide you with the team skills you need to work effectively as a pilot on a modern-day flight deck in a multi-crew airline environment.
This course is for pilots who want to operate in a multi-crew aircraft ensuring both the pilot-in-command and co-pilot can operate effectively. You will gain important team skills needed to work effectively on a modern-day flight deck.
The course is approved under CASA Part 142 and graduates will receive a formal Certificate of Completion as well as logbook endorsement of
competence.
Training includes both scenario-based and line-oriented training exercises, carefully designed to allow you to develop and practice the skills necessary to undertake leadership and support roles during different situations.
Our experienced instructors will adjust the training based on your background and experience to ensure you get the most out of training.
Your training will be conducted by an experienced ex-airline captain who will pace the instruction to your background and experience. The underpinning theoretical knowledge is delivered through a blended learning approach, with pre-course study supplementing face-to-face
ground school.
We use a high-fidelity Flight Simulator Training Device based on a Boeing 737NG and includes a modern glass cockpit.
The simulator is based on the Boeing 737-800 and is certified by CASA for MCC training. The simulator is the Pacific Simulators PS4.5 which is also certified to CAT B standard for instrument recency.
